Svazarm/Pennants

Svazarm - Svaz pro spolupraci s armadou = Union for the cooperation with the army. Founded in 1951 it was paramilitary organization in communist Czechoslovakia; many activities (such as cynology) resembled scout movement more than paramilitary group.
